Land Banks are also able to acquire tax forfeited properties that have completed the process. The Auditor's GIS site has a layer that can be added to show tax foreclosed properties. Use this link: https://ago.clarkcountyohio.gov/springfield/, and add the layer (under the icon that looks like three stacked squares) “900 to 904 and 955 Mortgage Codes”. 900-904 are the codes used to determine a properties status in foreclosure; 904 is the code utilized when a property has been foreclosed.
