Through funding allocated by The Board of Clark County Commissioners (“BOCC”) from the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”), Clark County Land Reutilization Corp. (“Land Bank”) created the Affordable Homes Program (“AHP”). This program allows families, that align with or are below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (“FPG”) the opportunity to purchase a safe, decent, and affordable newly constructed home.
Applicants that meet the basic qualifications are encouraged to submit an initial application to determine eligibility. Then, as residential homes become available an application for that specific home shall be made available to all eligible applicants. Property is a part of the Affordable Homes Program.
