Partnership between Land Bank and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton brings new homes to New Carlisle area. Out of the generous contribution of the City of New Carlisle, four new parcels were created to build four new homes.

Two of these properties will be utilized by Habitat, including a build for U.S. Navy veteran Len Pringle and his family through Habitat’s Veterans Build initiative.
